Would not advise setting remove documents not modified that low

You should not set that value lower than the maximum number of days that an admin request can remain pending.

For example, a user rename request will remain pending for up to 21 days by default.

Better to use 30 days for the "documents not modified" setting so that you don't artificially truncate these other processes.
